LET THE SKY REMIND YOU OF HOW MUCH HE LOVES YOU
The sky does not change,shift,fall or even stumble. It is a heavenly constant. Though the sky brings the rain, the snow, the storm, the scorching sun, the sweet spring breeze. It does not change, it ever remains the sky.
The father’s love is constant, through the storm, the winter, the good and bad times, it is still constant.
Looking at the story of Joseph, the father so much loved him that he sew a coat of many colors for him.
What could the coat mean ?
What of the “many” colors accomplishing the coat ?
THE COAT
The coat is a superior especially in those days it was made for Joseph, the coat was a unique outfit coupled with the fact that it protects from cold. So it was a wise master piece from the loving heart of the father to a beloved son.
Similarly to us Christians and God, God has given us the best coat that the whole World in it’s entirety cannot purchase and that is the
“coat of righteousness”. The priceless coat of righteousness not just hangs on us but it becomes our nature, so it can not be stolen or torn like that of Joseph.
Remember, it was because of this particular coat that Joseph’s brothers hated him the more and sought for a way to kill him.
Similarly when we have this (robe) coat, the devil seeks for a way or fall into sin, to bring all kinds of mishap on our way, he seeks for a way we could curse God and live in mystery.
And that is why the storm seems to come but one thing he keeps doing in ignorance is that despite all the war and fight against us “he is still working out for our good” so whenever you are tempted, tried of the devil, see the devil working tirelessly for your good because James said in Chapter 1:4 (also consider verse 2-4)
“But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing”
So in all these things the devil is working out for our perfection. Synonymous to the rain, the storm comes so that a better spring can come, the rain so that a fresher fruit can come. So he is working for your perfection, so rejoice when the storm comes, it is for a better you.
The many colored coat ?
I would love to take the many colored to be 7 which is a significant number from scriptures.
7 from scriptures means PERFECTION so as a child of God you are gloriously colored with perfection, you have perfectly all that entails to being perfect in this world. What do you think it entails as in ROMANS 4:13
“For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.”
Heir of the world could literally mean inheritor of the lands of the earth. Note that all things we see in this world has it's source from the land and this certificate to this was made known to us in 2nd Peter 1:3
“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue”
Inheriting the lands of the whole earth means that the the best that the whole world has to offer would be geared to you, and trust me a man not in good health cannot perfectly inherit the lands of the whole earth because he cannot and would not enjoy it so what is the essence of having it. I would come to a conclusion that for a man to enjoy the lands of the earth he has to be in perfect health, a sickly man cannot be appointed as king and neither can an insane man be appointed ruler over the sane.
To this end God has given us the mind of Christ 1 Corinthians 2:16 and Christ has paid all our health issues Isaiah 53:5 and has given us the greatest seal of perfection the Holy Ghost who bears the seal of excellency.
Looking at 2 Timothy 1:7
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
All these he has given us for an excellent ownership and rule of all he has given us.
So with all these what do you think, the devil would happily fold his arms and watch you rule in dignity and honor the world he wants to put in ruins.
Absolutely Not!!!
You are against his plans so it is his priority to be absolutely against you but one thing he doesn't know is that the same sky that gives room for the scorching sun is the same sky that gives room for an awesome spring.
If the sky cannot disappear then the Father’s love for you cannot fade
If the sky cannot fall down then the Father’s love for you cannot die
If still the sky covers the rays of the sun from being so scorching
Even in the hardest time the person of the Father (Holy Ghost) is by your side and aligning all things for your good.
If still the sky is constant, the daytime, the nighttime while you sleep then the Father’s love is ever ready and constantly before you, and making all things align for your perfection.
To the daughters of Zion that think all hope is lost
To the son of Zion that considers life is not worth living, look at the skies and let it remind you that the Father’s love is EVER CONSTANT AND WORKING OUT PERFECTION FOR YOU AT ALL TIMES.
